I'm using a MacBook Pro 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, with 4GB of Ram, running OSX 10.6.8.
We're aware that the Tor Browser version 2.2.35-8 doesn't work on OS X 10.5.8. Ticket 4263 is open to track the issue. We just purchased a Mac Mini as the new build machine. It is in process of being setup and configured for builds. We should have more progress on solving the issue in the next week or so. Thanks for your patience. Mac OS X 10.1 (Firefox 1.0.8), OS X 10.2 and OS X 10.3 (Firefox 2.0.0.20), Mac OS X 10.4 (Firefox 3.X), Mac OS X 10.5 or above (Current Version).
I'm looking to try and experiment with Linux Mint for the first time. I'm reading the Linux Mint User Guide about Torrent (which I never used before).Nov 14, 2011 Id appreciate any help on upgrading from Mac OS X 10.4.11 running on an IMac 1.83 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo Ultimately I'd like to upgrade this machine to Lion after I get snow up and running. I'd gladly pay up to 75 for the Leopard but the cheapest I have found it is priced at around 200.
Is there a free Torrent client that's recommended for Mac? I found uTorrent (https://www.utorrent.com/downloads/mac) and I'm wondering whether any of you OS X people have used it and what was your experience. There's no mention on the uTorrent website as to which OS X version is supported, so I'm not even sure that my relatively old 10.6.8 will be supported.
