Open the printer folder and check the following:

    Click Open Print Queue... and choose the print job you want to delete. Click .

  • Make sure that the correct port is chosen.

Try printing from some other application. If you succeed to print from another application, there is a problem in the application that you have been trying to use.
Check the settings in the application and if the problem still continues, contact the application manufacture.

STEP 6: Reinstall the printer driver
It's possible that the printer driver is not installed correctly. Uninstall and reinstall the printer driver.

    2. Click Hardware and Sound => Click Device Manager under Devices and Printers section.

When the User Account Control screen appears, do the following.

  • For Users who have administrator rights: Click Continue or Yes.
  • Users who do not have administrator rights: Enter the administrator password and click OK or Yes.
