I am trying to install libSBML-5.1.0-b0-libxml2-lion by using the installer, i need libSBML for the cobra toolbox in matlab. I am using a mac OS X 10.7 with matlab R2011a. When i install the SBML toolbox (in the folder MATLAB) i get this message: Installing the SBMLToolbox. Doing preliminary checks of runtime environment.

I like to access an instrument via GPIB in Matlab on Mac OS X 10.7.2 (Lion). I have installed all the necessary soft- and hardware. I am using an NI GPIB-USB-HS interface. I installed both Matlab 32 and 64-bit versions. I cannot access the GPIB with either Matlab version, but with the provided NI software.
